I am a newly qualified teacher that began this academic year without securing a job. This was a daunting time for me.  Having relied on supply work in the past, I was worried about relying on a supply agency for regular work and income. Since registering as a Primary School Teacher with Recruit 2 Schools, I have been highly supported. Emily and Lucy have maintained regular contact throughout all assignments to ensure that I am happy and also provide feedback from schools. Recruit 2 Schools are a professional company that has provided me with support, encouragement and stability over the last term, particularly when they offered me a guaranteed pay scheme (GPS). The GPS contract has given me stability and the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings in my local area. All schools have been within a 10-mile radius. My first term as an NQT has been a fantastic experience that has allowed me to grow in confidence and build a rapport with schools in my local area.
