26 Jun Our first academic year is nearly over!
As we come to the end of our first academic year, we wanted to re-cap on how the first year of business has gone for us!
Firstly, we have built a fantastic pool of supply staff! We are really proud of the staff we have at Recruit2Schools; they are a reliable and hardworking team of teachers and teaching assistants, who always do a great job! So, thank you to all our staff for this first year, we really do appreciate your commitment to our supply agency.
We were successful in achieving REC Education audited accreditation. It is recommended that supply agencies have this in place to reassure schools and staff that they are working in line with guidelines for Safeguarding, Compliance and fair and ethical working.
We have also been successful in securing a place on the NPS framework, which is being introduced September 2019. This was a vigorous tender process and we were required to demonstrate our compliance in all aspects of recruitment – We are delighted to have been accepted on the framework and from September will work within the framework regulations. The framework will be used across Wales and will ensure staff are being paid at a higher rate. For further information on this, please do give us a ring or email.
We have had great support from the primary schools in Bridgend, and we hope to continue the excellent relationships we have developed, after the summer holidays.
