Recruit 2 Schools is a new family run Bridgend based education supply agency, providing Primary Schools in Bridgend with local teachers and Learning Support Officers (LSOs) for day-to-day or long-term cover.

A dedicated team with over 8 years’ experience in working with Bridgend schools and candidates, will be striving to provide a high quality of personal customer service. We want to go the extra mile and aim to ensure that our service and staff is professional, reliable and trustworthy.

We can offer training for schools and staff registered with us, in areas such as safeguarding and mental health awareness.

Day to Day Teacher Cover

Recruit2Schools provide Day to Day Teacher Cover for Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 along with Learning Support Officers.

We understand supply can suit a range of needs, so day to day cover is ideal for staff who are looking for a certain amount of days per week, want flexible working weeks, or just topping up their week from a long-term booking. We will be contacting you each week to determine your availability and look to place you on the days you are available.

No need to worry with Recruit2Schools, if you tell us you are not available, we will not contact you for work on that day!

Long Term Cover

Recruit2Schools education supply agency also provide cover for sickness, courses or maternity. We will be complying with Agency Worker Regulations for long terms that are longer than 12 weeks.

Long term supply bookings cover circumstances such as training courses, sickness, maternity or secondment. They can be full weeks or a certain day(s) each week. We will be offering Guarantee Payment Scheme (GPS) for teachers looking for weekly work on a termly basis.

DBS Applications

If you have recently applied for your DBS, be sure to make it portable HERE This means there will be no need for a new DBS for each agency you are with, just make a yearly payment to keep it current.

Agency Worker Regulations

Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)

We are fully compliant with the AWR, which means, after 12 weeks long term placement, you will be entitled to the receive the same treatment as a permanent member of staff. Your daily rate of pay may increase andthis process will be managed by the Recruit2Schools team.

Education Workforce Council (EWC)

All staff in schools must be registered with the EWC The yearly payment is £45 for teachers and £15 for LSOs. This is required to be paid directly to the EWC by 1st April each year.
